Customer Service & Sales Representative (Posted 10/12/2020-Open Until Filled)


Position Description


The Customer Service & Sales Representative provides exceptional customer service and sales support both in person, on the phone and through electronic correspondence.  This position is responsible for the daily operations of the front counter and sales room. Attention to detail, creative thinking and suggestive selling skills are essential. This position manages the ordering process by taking and entering orders into an electronic order management system. Additionally, this position provides reception services, billing and maintains files.  


Job Duties:


  • Assist customers and sales
  • Answer phones, reply to emails and faxes
  • Enter orders into electronic order management system
  • Ensure orders are complete and that necessary artwork and customer information is complete
  • Manage ‘pick up’ shelves and notify customers when orders are complete
  • Conducts opening and closing procedures
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Skills:

  • Customer service
  • Attention to detail, spelling and grammar
  • Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer and internet savvy and keyboarding

Employment Type:

Full Time

Monday - Friday

8:30 AM - 5:30 PM


Pay Rate

Starting at $14.00 per hour or DOE. Raises awarded based on longevity and merit


Time Off and Holidays

  • 1 hour of paid time off (PTO) for every 40 hours worked.
  • Annually 40 hours of unpaid time off available with supervisors’ approval after 90 days.
  • Paid holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
  • Up to 5 paid bonus days (At owner’s discretion)
